I just took over as Purchasing Manager for an individual who was in the role for 22 years. We were in a tight bind with some handles and Jennifer and Jatrelle worked hard to get us handles hot rushed. We paid a small fee, however; they were able to get them to us a day faster than they expected. It was nice to know that they would show urgency on getting items rushed for a new Buyer.
