I met the folks from Hansen back in 2012 at one of the national trade shows and learned of the products they had to offer for the Fire Service Industry. There are other manufactures to choose from, but for us, our customer base being in South Carolina only, and the fact that Hansen does their manufacturing in the state makes it very easy for us to do business.

Anyone can build and sell a product, the key with our company, was how responsive they have been, to help out with their own staff to take a hands-on approach to solving problems and taking care of any issues for the end user customer. The fact that their roll-up doors offers a 10-year warranty should speak of the confidence level they have for the product. We are very much please with the quality of product and the service.
